Method
- Trigger: 'New Entry' / 'New Submission' in your form tool.
- Action: HubSpot 'Create or Update Contact', mapping name, email, company and message fields.
- Action: ChatGPT 'Conversation' (or OpenAI). Prompt: 'Write a short, warm reply to this inquiry from {name}: {message}. Suggest a 15-minute call. Do not promise prices or timelines.'
- Action: Gmail 'Create Draft' (not 'Send') addressed to the lead, with the AI text as body. You stay in control of what gets sent.
- Optional: Slack 'Send Channel Message' to notify the team of the new lead.
- Test with a dummy submission, check the CRM record and draft, then publish.
