Is Zapier free for salons?
Partly. The free plan runs simple “when X, do Y” automations at low volume. Anything with delays, filters or several actions needs a paid plan.

Which salon recipes fit the free plan
- Fits Free: missed-call text-back (2 steps), simple intake-form-to-sheet.
- Needs Professional: no-show reminder sequences (delays + several texts), rebooking nudges (delay + filter), waitlist backfill (lookup + several texts).
Some guides online say Zapier Free includes more than two steps. That isn’t what Zapier’s own pricing page says today. Always check your plan.

How many texts can I send on Zapier Free?
Each successful action uses a task, so a 2-step missed-call Zap uses about one task per missed call: up to ~100 a month on Free. SMS is billed separately by your phone or SMS provider.
Is there a free trial of the paid plan?
Zapier says new accounts get a 14-day free trial of Professional, no credit card required.
