Policy Builder

Pick your rules, and the wording writes itself in four versions: full policy, booking-app box, Instagram bio and a reminder text that states the slot’s value (send it about 3 days and 1 day before). Then publish a free policy page with a QR code. It stays current when you change the rules.

Questions owners ask

Will my page show up on Google?

Not unless you tick “Let search engines show this page”. Pages are hidden from search by default (noindex), because most owners only want to link it from their booking app, bio and confirmations.

What does “Clone this policy” do?

It copies the rules (deposit, notice window, fees), never the salon’s name, city, contact or booking link, into a fresh builder for someone else.

Can I edit or delete my page later?

Yes. After publishing you get a private edit link. Keep it safe: it’s the only way to edit or delete the page. We store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the key.

Is the wording legally checked?

No. It’s a plain-English template based on common salon practice. Check local consumer and card-network rules before charging fees.
